Sebastien Loeb rolled his DS3 WRC during his "final" rally, the Rallye de France Alsace. He and codriver Dani Elena were both fine, but its a sad way to see such a great rally career end.

For Rallye France they were on Canal+, but live coverage is the exception rather than the rule. The next event is Rally Catalunya on 25-27 October, and then Wales Rally GB on 14-17 November. I don't know if either of them will have live coverage.
